Faema E61 Legend Coffee Machine

from £4,950.00

Faema presents a refined new edition of its most iconic machine. Faithful to the original design and materials, the E61 Legend has been carefully updated with modern engineering, preserving its legendary character while enhancing performance.

The E61 was the first espresso machine to introduce a volumetric pump, delivering a consistent 9 atmospheres of pressure throughout the entire extraction process — a significant advancement over traditional lever machines. This innovation ensures stability, precision and repeatability in every cup.

Key features include automatic boiler filling, a built-in volumetric pump, and dual pressure gauges to monitor both pump and boiler pressure. The machine is also equipped with Faema’s patented adjustable thermal balancing system, designed to maintain optimal temperature control during extraction. A pre-infusion system extends the contact time between water and ground coffee prior to full pressure extraction, enhancing flavour development and overall organoleptic quality.

The E61 Legend is available in one-group or two-group configurations, allowing you to select the version best suited to your space and service requirements.
