1. Is your showroom dog friendly?

2. Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from the day of purchase/delivery, to return any unwanted items. We hope you love your items but should you wish to return anything then please note returns are at your cost.

Your items must be returned to us within 14 days of their purchase, in their original packaging. Items which are damaged, used or have not been packaged well may not be refunded. So please repack your items with care, well enough for transit,  using all the original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach our shop.

If an item is damaged in transit we shall contact you and unfortunately will not be able to refund that item. 

Returns can take up to 5 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods, so please bear with us. We shall refund any money owed to you via the same method you used for payment. 

Some goods are exempt from being returned. These include our soap and lotions range: hand soap, hand lotion and dishwasher liquid. A valid proof of purchase is needed.

3. What happens after I place my order online?

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details in the email provided. As soon as your order is dispatched from our shop you will receive another email with a tracking link attached. Please allow up to 48 hours for the dispatch of all orders.

4. Can I view a product before buying online?
